The CCM Super Tacks AS3 Pro INT Hockey Stick is a max loading mid kick-point stick, which stays true to the Super Tacks family of sticks. Features on the AS3 Pro Stick include new Nanolite Carbon Layering technology, T-Shape shaft geometry, and the lightweight ACU4 XX-Stiff Blade. The CCM AS3 Pro stick comes in as one of the lightest sticks in the mid kick-point category.
Stick Flex Profile
The Tacks AS3 Pro Stick features a soft mid-section that allows for a longer period to store more energy. A stiff taper zone maximizes stability and response. The long loading period combined with the stability at the taper zone is ideal for heavy shooters who like to lean into their shots while maintaining maximum control of the accuracy.
Shaft Construction
CCM has developed and implemented its new Nanolite Carbon Layering technology throughout the shaft of the AS3 Pro Stick. This new technology is combined with Sigamtex Spread Tow which is a technology they have been successful with in the past. Together these technologies provide you a shaft that is both lightweight and strong, giving you the durability you demand from a high-end stick.
Blade Construction/Stiffness
The blade technology stays the same from the AS2 Pro to the AS3 Pro, in the ACU4 XX-Stick Blade. This blade technology utilizes lightweight construction with a tactile surface for maximum feel and shot control. CCM has also reinforced this blade with Nanolite Carbon Layering which gives the blade an enhanced level of strength and durability from the previous model.
